Cathy is not only well found in lean six sigma improvement practice both on manufacturing and transactional process, but also is an excellent coacher on numerous field improvement, which covers new product development, marketing, inventory control, quality improvement, A/R reduction, HR management, etc. approximately on 1000 GB & BB & Lean Belt projects.
