NTRODUCTION
Every year, numerous projects finish late, over budget, with inadequate quality or do not meet the agreed project objectives due to known or unknown risks. Perhaps the most critical and yet least practice of the nine knowledge areas of the Project Management Body of Knowledge, project risk management is absolutely crucial to successfully deliver your projects.
This 2-day workshop will provide you with the practical advice and powerful techniques for increasing your capabilities to manage project risk. It is in compliance with Project Management Institute’s (PMI®) latest version of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®). The participants will learn:
·    In-depth understanding of various types of risks that
threaten projects at different stages of development
·    Knowledge of strategies used by highly successful
project managers to recognize risks and opportunities, assess  probabilities and potential impacts, and take steps to respond
·    Skills in using proven identification and analysis
tools to identify, analyze, rank, and quantify risk, opportunities on various types of projects
·    Insight into the statistical theory and analytical tools
which are the foundation for probability estimations used to develop a Defensible Project Schedule and Cost Baseline.
