INTRODUCTION

This 3-day course provides a series of “hands on “ exercises to enhance participants project management skills in one basket full of practical applications and tools. What the trainer will share will be what the majority of project teams need to do to be successful, but not doing currently.

The course covers the complete project life-cycle from Project initiation, planning, implementation and closure. With hundreds of in-house clients deliveries and public session delivered across Asia, Project Management Essentials is firmly established as one of the most relevant fundamental project management courses available.

To ensure that the knowledge gained and skills learnt will be instantly applicable in the work environment, participants are encouraged to work on their real life projects as the course progresses.
